Refund and Cancellation Policy
Return Policy
- Return Window: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- International Orders: Returns are not accepted for international orders.
Return Eligibility
- Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Unboxing Video: Required for wrong product or empty box delivery to initiate a refund or new product dispatch.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@volkotech.in to start a return.
- Return Approval: If accepted, we will provide you with the return address.
- Shipping: Send the item back to us. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
- Inspection: Check your order upon receiving it.
- Report Issues: Contact us immediately at hello@volkotech.in if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Products: Personalized items and special orders cannot be returned.
- Sale Items: Purchases made during sales are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Process: Return the item, and once accepted, we will ship the new product.
- Cost Differences: If the new product costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.
- International Orders: Exchanges are not accepted.
Refunds
- Approval: We will notify you if the refund is approved after inspecting the return.
- Processing: Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
