Refund and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy

  • Return Window: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • International Orders: Returns are not accepted for international orders.

Return Eligibility

  • Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Unboxing Video: Required for wrong product or empty box delivery to initiate a refund or new product dispatch.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@volkotech.in to start a return.
  2. Return Approval: If accepted, we will provide you with the return address.
  3. Shipping: Send the item back to us. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspection: Check your order upon receiving it.
  • Report Issues: Contact us immediately at hello@volkotech.in if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Products: Personalized items and special orders cannot be returned.
  • Sale Items: Purchases made during sales are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Process: Return the item, and once accepted, we will ship the new product.
  • Cost Differences: If the new product costs more, you’ll pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.
  • International Orders: Exchanges are not accepted.

Refunds

  • Approval: We will notify you if the refund is approved after inspecting the return.
  • Processing: Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
