Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Zygma Handmade Leather, each product is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans. As our products are made to order, we maintain a strict quality control process before dispatch.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After production begins, cancellations may not be possible as the item is already handcrafted specifically for the customer.
Refund Eligibility
We only accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:
• The product received is damaged during shipping
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing defect
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear photos of the issue.
Refund Process
Once your request is approved and the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days, and the amount will be credited back to the customer's original payment method or bank account depending on the payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts are not eligible for refunds.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
